I began searching for an attorney several months ago when i realized that bankruptcy may be my only option after years of struggling to pay my bills. I was in the horrible cycle of paying the minimum on credit cards and then not having enough to live on so using credit for day to day expenses. I tried everything I could to somehow get ahead and avoid bankruptcy but it just wasn't working. Finally, I was sued by a creditor and realized at the point I needed to consult with an attorney. (This was the result of a long term relationship ending and most of the combined debt was in my name and left to me) This was so incredibly difficult for me to accept as someone who NEVER had debt other than very minimal credit cards and student loans prior to this relationship. I called and met with several local attorneys but when I spoke to ED WALKER there was no question as to who I would use. He made me feel that what I thought was going to be the most difficult, embarrassing, upsetting time of my life was not. He was there EVERY step of the way. He explained everything to me so accurately and easily. He was so kind and understanding. He answered every single call or email so incredibly promptly that I do not have a clue when Ed sleeps bc he takes such incredible care of his clients. I was even more impressed with Ed when we had the meeting of creditors/hearing. I thought he really stood out in a room full of attorneys and I felt so proud having him represent me. I just want to thank Ed Walker again for all his has done for me and assisting me during what is a very stressful and difficult time.
