On February 24, 2015 my wife and I, had a closing on an investment house we sold to Mr. & Mrs. Robert and Carol Mallett . As we were planning on our closing in the usual manner, we closed on this property in a spur of the moment change! We went with a Real Estate Attorney , Mr.Ed Walker. In the past, some other investment properties that sold from our investment portfolio , were handled through a title company.Basically it went smooth, except for one irritating issue! The title company assigned to us , one of their in house closing specialists, Each time we had a question, it was always answered the exact same way. " Oh ! I'm sorry , you would have to check with an Attorney on that" ?Finally we did ! We took his excellent, and trusted advice . Mr Ed Walker was a great recommendation , by a close associate of ours. We contacted Mr. ED WALKER ,and sent all of our closing papers to his firm to begin our closing .He prepared everything. He guided us through each step,assuring us it was the safest ,and least expensive way to close.We had no questions. He covered it all, and the closing was complete in 20 minutes ,problem free.We would never consider going back to a title company for a closing.We highly recommend Walker Law Firm for any transactions.The protection from his legal expertise ,is pure peace of mind for any investor /client. 7/13/2013 - Was having an issue with real estate, involving our landlord and lack of "service" that they were providing. Had called numerous times to get our plumbing fixed and nothing had been done. Not knowing what to do, I asked a business associate for advice and he referred us to Walker Law. After calling a couple times we set up a meeting to discuss the matter at hand and after leaving the meeting, felt very comfortable that our attorney would help us. 6 days later I received a phone call from a plumber stating that the lines had been clogged for many years and that in any moment the pipes were going to burst. Lets just say whatever the Walker Law attorneys said to our landlord helped because after that, our plumbing was fixed and haven't had an issue since. Thanks to Walker Law Firm !
