Highly recommended !!!! Mr Cheshire is a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer.

He over charged me and did not get a favorable ruling. He told me one price then in the end added another 4000 on the bill. I am in the process of reporting hi the Law board. I would not use This firm. Very dishonest and out only for the money.

I spent over $20,000 with Mr. Cheshire on a re-modification of my parenting plan. Hardly anything changed when it was all said and done. It was just constant nickel and dime from Eric’s people. It was the first day of school yesterday and my sons mother refused to drive him to school. This was my concern when I first went to Mr. Cheshire and sure enough it has come to fruition. My sons mother talked down to him though emails. When I first read them I thought why would she be poking the bear? It didn’t matter, it didn’t make him fight any harder. The only thing he did assure us was that COVID had miraculously vanished. I am not lying to you, he told me this. The $20,000 came out of my retirement. I was hoping to get something in return. A little satisfaction. I got nothing.

Run from this lawyer! Paid him $7,500 upfront for an in-person, one day child custody trial. He appeared via Zoom from his home and the case was settled after 3 hours. Now he refuses to file the final paperwork unless I give him another $1,275! We are a single-income military family with 4 children and my spouse is currently deployed. Absolutely disgraceful treatment! Now I am trapped without a resolution and $7,500 in debt.

Mrs. Heather Di Salvo is the best advocate that one could have. She made me feel very comfortable during the process and her customer service skills were superb.
