I have know Brian Smith and his firm for upwards of 20 years. I have also had the pleasure to personally be involved in a case that involved litigation not only on a local level but at the Fourth District Court of Appeals as well. Its amazing to see the judges and opposing council listen when Brian speaks. As the current Vice Mayor of the largest city in Palm Beach County I am constantly exposed to civil issues with courts and so on.
