I did not have a good experience with Mr. Cheshire ,, and then after 4 years I was presented a legal notice for extra fees ,, why wait 4 years ,, long story short been paying every month for 3 years and I only have 14 more months to go ,, so watch the billing technique ,,

Its difficult and scary to be faced with a situation that you have no idea how to workout/fix. I ran into a situation that I needed some serious help. By shear luck I found Smith & Vanture. Right from the start everything was explained in detail on what I needed to do and what I should expect from them. I was then introduced to Heather. She explained in detail when every next step would take place. She told me anytime I had a question to feel free to give her a call. I called her several times on the weekend not expecting a response ( felt bad to interrupt someone's weekend ) and within minutes she called back. She was always gracious and understanding and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. When it came time to settle, Heather explained to me that she didn't think the initial offer was satisfactory. She then went back and got the results I could have never dreamed of! I find it amazing that someone wouldn't just settle and take the easy way out. Instead she dug deep and fought for me! It's an amazing feeling to have a team fight for you.
