Pretty happy with their service and help to settle a credit card collection that I had with bank of America and even helped me later on at the end of the settlement getting things right and finishing this issue once for all.

I contacted the office regarding a matter that needed to be handled and I was connected to Heather and she took care of everything. My case was resolved.
