DON’T let the commercials fool you, on tv they seem so compassionate and understanding in my experience it was anything but that. I dealt with three different lawyers at the firm, two days before a mediation a new lawyer tells me my old lawyer is no longer there but not to worry, spoke with him during the mediation which was a joke and never spoke with him again. Voiced my concerns several times, asked to speak to Craig Goldenfarb was told that he was busy and it could take up to two weeks to speak with him. They pretty much bullied me into signing an offer threatening NOT to sign off on an advance unless I signed the agreement. I wrote email after email to them asking for help or some kind of advice no one calls you back, pretty much just tells you to pound salt. And then when they sent me my settlement letter they charged me over $5,000 for Quickbook fees, not to mention I now have hiospitals and doctors offices calling me telling me that bills were never paid. All they care about is money and the customer service side of the firm is joke, there is no compassion, I laugh when I see them and wonder to myself if they are just families of employees at the firm being paid to do the commercials. I should have listened to my neighbor when she told me not to hire them but two days out of the hospital you get worried, the investigator that comes to your house does absolutely nothing, I told them where the vehicle was and they never called them until two days after mediation at that point the case had already been settled and again not by my choice, felt bullied the whole way thru. I would recommend using another firm, DONT fall for the false advertisements they put out at clients like myselfs expense.
