I would give 0 to this firm. Horrible experience with this law firm, they are misleading the clients. Diana Ramirez was handling our case with a very poor client experience. Took her 3 years to file the demand letter, while our treatments was done 2 years proior to that. Do not fall for their fancy office. No communication with client, no respond to your voice mails. Also Raquel, client relationship manager is very rude. I hope Mr. Goldenfarb knows how his staff handle the clients under his law firm's name.

You have been warned! This office is more concerned about quantity then quality. Horrible customer service!!!! I used this firm as a result of a car accident, a referral from the chiropractor. The legal assistant assigned to my case insisted after already receiving my payout money from the guilty party that I should agree to let them file additional paperwork in my interest to make more money from my case. She was extremely adamant so I agreed. After that I was unable to reach anyone in the office regarding my case for over two months. I called the office DAILY and left multiple messages. I was told that anyone I wanted to speak with was either away, on vacation, or had a family death. This went on for two months!!!! I could not get in touch with anyone regarding my case for an update or the money that they had collected months prior that was due to me. I finally got another lawyer, who helped me draft an email to send to the office letting them know I was filing a report with the Florida Bar. Only then did I receive a return phone call. I also did not receive my payment for over a year. Pick another law firm to use!!!!! This one was horrendous!

I am not a client but if I need an attorney I will be your client. Your commercials, unlike most law firm commercials, emphasize integrity and trust snd security.. it’s not, “we can get you more money” as most lawyers’ advertise. Keep up the ethical messages.
