It was an extraordinary piece of luck that I came to choose Dell team for representing my disability case. I am physician and I have dealt with lawyers few times in my personal capacity setting up my practice, estate management, and disability claim etc. Looking back I wish I could have all my legal needs fulfilled by the Dell group. Ideally a lawyer is supposed to be an advocate of the client. Just as a physician is supposed to be advocate of the patient. Above all else. Not societal considerations, not fees that they are paid, not glory, not ideology. It is a fiduciary relationship in it's deepest sense. Dell group is the most fiduciary legal representative one can find. They work for you, all the way. They will do so with alacrity and enthusiasm. They are experts in what they specialize in and I can tell, after dealing with real experts and those who wing it, for 30 years of dealing with professionals. They respond to your communications promptly. They are simply the best. One last thing, they don't take you for a ride. There will be situations in your case that one fork will lead to a position beneficial to you and another that may be better for them as a lawyer and a business. They will always look after your interest first. That is something very hard to find these days. Like I said, I wish I could have them as my lawyer for everything. .

I am extremely pleased with the attentive and quality representation I’ve received with Dell and Schaefer throughout my disability insurance claim. I originally applied without the representation of an attorney and despite numerous, significant impairments (some of which are unlikely to ever improve), I received a quick denial from the insurance company. This firm was up to the task of a thorough appeal of this decision. They are professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in their work. After the initial denial of my claim, they kept me informed throughout the appeal process and worked hard to ensure that my claim was approved. I am grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.They made my case heard and validated my situation. Mr. Palamara explained everything thoroughly and was always ready to address all my concerns. I'm very pleased with the staff at this firm. Had a horrible ice hockey injury to my left hand about 11 years ago and In one second my life changed .My medical career was over . Imagine in one second I’m fine and lost the use of my left hand due to a freak collision injury .i was terrified . Dell and Schaefer is a law firm that provides outstanding service to their clients. In 2014 after almost 2 years of being totally disabled after numerous lung surgeries and a diagnosis of end stage lung disease, Mutual of Omaha told me I could go back to work and they would be denying my claim going forward. Being unable to work and afraid of how I was going to support my family, I searched online for help. I contacted them from their website and that same day I was contacted by an attorney to discuss my situation. The attorney, Rachel Alters, was very knowledgeable and more important to me at that time, she was kind. She helped put my mind at ease that she would do all she could to rectify my situation. When her and her wonderful support staff were done, I had an almost 200 page appeal in place and within 3 weeks of filing it with Mutual of Omaha the denial was overturned and I received a check, back paid to the first day of denial. In 2017 I became aware that part of my disability policy included a waiver of premium clause for my life insurance premiums. Again, Rachel Alters and her team took over and within 2 months I received a refund of all my life insurance premiums paid by me since 2013 and all premiums going forward were waived. Being disabled is difficult enough without having to deal with an insurance company. Having the Dell and Schaefer team, especially Rachel Alters and Katherine Bordes behind me makes dealing with my severe heath issues much easier.. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

As you can see by all the other 5 star reviews, Dell & Schaefer disability attorneys are in a class of their own. I hired them back in 2012 after a series of multiple medical issues. My specific attorney is Stephen Jessup and I can't say enough amazing things about him, his expertise, professionalism and his focus on my case. They continue to support me in every way and have navigated any forks in the road with precision. His assistant, Michal, has been my crutch, so to speak. Always available, positive and detail oriented always. All that said, and trust me, that's only a small tidbit on how awesome they truly are, I would have liked to not have become disabled, but since I did, there is no better team then the one I have. Highly recommended. Don't think twice if you need their services.

The reality of making a disability claim today requires you to have an attorney who is on your side to help navigate dealing with the Insurance company. Insurance companies try in every way to not pay your claim and without a quality attorney on your side it is impossible to get your claim paid. Ceaser and Michal have been there for me and helped me to navigate the difficult task of collecting for my disability. I highly recommend them. They are very helpful and easy to work with. They are responsive to your questions and efficient in getting your monthly payment to you.

Mr Palamara won my appeals and I was able to receive the benefits I deserved In a time of stress they ease your concerns and let you know they will fight to the end. Distance made no difference in dealing with a law firm. Even though we were a thousand miles away, it felt like they were next door in there promptness to all communication.
