Mr. Yelen was professional, and very easy to communicate with. He was extremely helpful with the process, we got the result we wanted. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I will definitely go back to if I needed legal assistance again.

If I could give Caroly a million stars I would. Caroly changed my life she has gone through the 7 year process of me getting my green card until I got it! All because of her. She has been so helpful, understanding, capable, patient and just every other positive adjective I could give her. I recommend her to everyone! If you want things done the right way.. Immigration is such a complex matter and the fact that she has mastered it says a lot. She's seen it all. If you want your case done the RIGHT way go with her don't even bat an eye just hire her and expect the best because you will get it!

Ms. Pedersen was amazing and extremely helpful. She basically carried us from start to finish, and went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss any deadlines. Almost immediate response by her and her office whenever you need them. The retainer is extremely reasonable considering all the hours she will put in to not just your paperwork but your practice interview, e.t.c. Overall I couldn't have completed my immigration journey without her and her team.

Professional, very timely, caring, gentle and compassionate are just a few of the adjectives to describe her and her assistant Francis! They both speak with such love for people of all types no matter where in the world you come from! Just a brief explanation of my experience with another attorney I used before I knew of Miss Pedersen! The assistants at our attorney's office was very cold and didn't have a compassionate bone in them...all of them! Whenever I had a question, I would think twice before calling or emailing because they were not very kind at all! Honest, great communication, 100% professional. All for a reasonable fee with no hidden costs. I am so grateful that I had Mr. Yelen on my side when I needed him. I live in Texas and received a speeding ticket in Kansas from the Kansas Highway Patrol while driving my personal vehicle. As a CDL holder with a clean driving record, I knew this could adversely affect me when potential employers ran the usual reports on me.
