Howard did exactly what he said he would do, helped me with an out of state speeding ticket. He didn't over promise, but he did over deliver! He got my case completely tossed out, not even a fine. Definitely worth the amount he charges.

Hire HOWARD YELLEN and forget it ! Got a speeding ticket in Ga. along with an expired registration. Both were dismissed and at a cost 1/3 cheaper than the increase in my insurance. Not to mention the new super speeder fine of $200.00. The real deal !!! Thank you Mr. Yelen
