I can confirm first-hand Kenneth’s competence as an attorney as I recently engaged his services to represent me against my abusive landlord during the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced me to leave my apartment to take care of my family. As I attempted to get released from the lease, my landlord was trying to enforce abusive tactics upon me to let me go. To be released without penalty, the landlord wanted me to get a substitute tenant for the remaining three months on my lease plus an additional year after my lease end date.
