This guy is totally awesome. He knows the law and takes the time necessary to understand your situation. This ARMS him with the necessary facts in tandum with his experience and understanding of the law to maximize the financial settlement of your case. My situation took about seven (7) months from start to finish. And my employer contested my claim. Now, one thing I didn't do was bug him. I don't believe that I ever contacted his office unless they contacted me first. He has a small practice and he gets it done. BTW He did attempt a pie-in-the-sky-settlement. But we fell back to a reasonable settlement figure. But, he did try. You have to be realistic. I believe that my settlement was just. Just a little bit short. But it was acceptable. Particularly when I took the money and bought 1000 shares of Apple Stock for $300.00 a share. I sold it six months later for $576.00.

My experience with this law firm is not great at all. When I went in for mediation Van Dingenen basically told me because I'm injured and still have problems from breaking my ankle in half at work that I should now start using my Brain. My settlement which is not very much will continue to pay the doctor bills Im going to have, to fix my ankle properly. I still have no money to pay my bills as I've been out of work for almost a year. It was an insult to me to tell me to start using my Brain. I use my Brain everyday, and the days I worked as a server! I made about $800.00 a week doing this and now I can't even do that. Basically I was told when your body is giving out its time to use your Brain. I'm still not working and basically I'm now screwed to deal with this issue alone. This law firm is not very professional and i would never refer them to anyone. They just want your money and that's it! And here we are on 12/7/2017 coming up on my 4th surgery for the same problem that this lawyer made me settle because there was nothing more that could be done for my situation. As a single mother I’ve have now paid for 3 surgeries out of my own pocket for something someone should have been paying for this entire time. Thanks to this Law office I’m now in debt and trying to keep my head above water to care for my six year old son. Thanks for messing up my life more to make 5000 bucks 🙌🏻 You’re an awful person Van!! Funny how I have doctors saying this case should have NEVER BEEN SETTLED.
