This law firm is fantastic. Mr. Van Dingenen has the best interests of his clients at heart and could not have been better at explaining all the options. The staff is very helpful and willing to work hard. I know that not all law firms have their clients best interests at heart but this one does.

My husband got a permanent injury to his spine on his job on October 2017. V.D. was the first and ONLY workers comp. Law firm he chose to represent him. (Bad Decision) He was treated unfair, not knowing that V.D. was a close friend of the other lawyer. Mr. Van Dingenen, did not have his best interests and was not concerned that back injuries are not curable. After the mediation which he was unable to attend, and a enforcement hearing, which was the first time Van Dingenen met my husband. He said “I don’t know anything about your case, so Mr. Blaze will testify. NOT TRUE. They were more concerned with paperwork than, The pain he endures on a daily basis. In the end $4,025 is all his case and injury was worth. I would never recommend them, or have them represent my family or friends. Chose wisely is my opinion.
