Would not recommend them! He told my husband that he would get well over 3 figures in compensation. $1.28 was not what we expected. Between Van Dingenen Law and his buddy at workers comp, my husband suffered over a year waiting for needed surgery. By the time it went to final settlement, it was much less than promised because my husband became of retirement age which should not have became a factor. One of the two surgeries failed because they took too long to approve it, again I blame the Law firm because no one kept up on it and pushed it threw. We were required to travel several times out of town for meetings we were not allowed to attend. Our lawyer and the attorney for the workers comp played with their new watches and diving knives instead. At the final meeting our lawyer talked to us like we were stupid illiterate people. He was told by the Judge whom we never saw to pay a certain amount which he didn't do. We would never recommend him to anyone!

Works hard for you until the end ,if it takes to long, time to settle. Took what the insurance company would offer his suggestion was I get a job even though I was never healed. Don told me to settle because Judge Pitts told him I would not be successful on my case. .The expert witness on my behalf should have been Jerry she was the best but Don gave her to the the other side. He said he'd mentioned her to the other side how good she was so they got her first. They just all work together. This is an update I had taken Don suggestion for a surgeon that was a mistake as I said at the time it was still bad now I’m going back for more surgery fix the problem. Don’t listen to his suggestions make your own choices which he will say you have the right to do but you trust your lawyer don’t you this time it definitely didn’t work. Still have not been able to get a job he suggested I take got to be healed first. Find someone is I don’t fight till the end.

The Best Attorney in Florida

Mr vandigenen did a good job. I've read other reviews and it seems like everyone gets lowballed because he knows the defense personally, I feel the same way. I've seen the receptionist call a client to tell them that their check was ready, why is a receptionist handling sensitive material like that? I don't want her to see what I am being paid. It makes you wonder how long your check has really been there at the office.

They came to my home for my initial interview and within 5 months we had a resolution! Everyone in the office was professional and knowledgeable and they were personable. The receptionist, paralegals and especially the attorneys are amazing.
