Excellent Service...

I was not aware that I was entitled to compensation for my work related injury but after consulting with the VanDingenen Law Firm I was able to collect compensation for my injury and it was very quick and easy and they handled everything.

Quick and timely results. Low to no fuss. Everyone in the office was very helpful when I needed answers to my questions.

I felt very rushed. His secretary / associate was very reluctant or bothered to return my calls or emails. I left another attorney for his help and wish now i had not. it now looks like this firm is working with the other side to speed things through just so this firm gets what ever they can and realy don't give two sh...s about their clients. They mislead & misinform their clients.

I made an appointment after I felt like my best medical issues were not being attended to...I felt like I was not being heard. I was extremely impressed on the first visit. Immediately they became my voice and very quickly I could see the difference in how things were happening. The communication was always there and they always got back to me. Mr Van Dingenen always worked personally with me at each meeting and in the end I was more than satisfied with my outcome . If you have questions or concerns I would HIGHLY recommend Van Dingenen Law to anyone who has issues with workers comp.

Would strongly discourage anyone from hiring these guys!! Day 1 Blaze assured me they’d be with me every step of the case. We specifically discussed my deposition. The day before my depo I was informed that Van Dingenen would be present only by phone, but that the opposing attorney would also be present only by phone, so it would only be me & the recorder in the room. Well Blaze was present by phone & I was there in the room with TWO attorneys from the opposing counsel & the recorder. I received several letters saying Van Dingenen was going to be present with me for this or that, but I never even saw him. I was also lied to more than once. By the way, you can Google JCC Work Comp & follow your case. Don’t depend on these two clowns to keep you updated on your case or to be honest with you. Unfortunately my experience with them was a complete waste of time. I remember reading other reviews (before I hired them & gave them the benefit of the doubt) saying they acted more like buddies with the opposing counsel at mediations & I can tell you, that is TRUE!! At my mediation, rather than the MEDIATOR going back & forth, Blaze felt the need to, rather than being present (again!) with his client! He talked down to me & made it abundantly clear he had not even read over all the documentation that had been provided (even from WC’s own doctors!!). He was there to settle & make a quick buck. They don’t care about you or your case! And the opposing counsel is making suckers out of them!!! I walked out of my mediation about 15 mins into it. I’ll be damned if these guys get a penny from my case. Keep looking & good luck to you!

I was injured at work and was referred to this law firm by a friend. I’m so glad I contacted them. Van Dingenen and his staff could not have been more helpful and I am very grateful for them helping me through the stressful work compensation process. They were able to beat the insurance company and help me win my case. I was not even sure I had a case until they assured me they could help. All the staff were professional and nice. Very good experience overall.

The first time I have ever went through something like this. They seemed very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I was hoping for a better settlement but I think it is the way Florida works. Not the fault of Van Dingenen.
