Blaze was very nice and helpful. I don't believe that some of the staff who answers the phone are accustomed to psychology including bipolar disorder, PTSD, and agonizing pain though. If anything changes I'll keep you posted.

No returned calls and no returned emails. I hired them to work my case and I am in the absolute dark. It takes two weeks or more to get an answer to a simple question or a day off work to travel to the office. The attorneys are always too busy for you, the paralegals are even busier, and the paralegal assistants, even busier! No one to take calls, answer questions, or guide you. You need care for your injury? You won’t get it, or you won’t know if they’re working on it cause they won’t answer you. I got hurt in March of this year and have yet to receive proper care for my injury. No one is making moves but they’re all about settling for their cut.
