I wish I had read the reviews before wasting $1200 on this firm. I hired them on behalf of my mother. my mothers motion was denied and did they even contact her to let her know?? Absolutely not! She didn’t find out until she received a notice from the court in the mail. When she tried to contact them they never answered. When she finally spoke to someone the women was annoyed that she was asking HER and said she needed to speak to the attorney dealing with her case. Well she would have if they ever answered. I asked her to contact them to cancel their services as I was paying and didn’t want them charging me anymore and again she never received a reply. I finally emailed Kirk C. and he responded in an absolutely rude way saying she was lying and had been contacted days ago. When I told him I was on Skype with her at that very moment (I work abroad) and that they DID NOT contact her, he just replied AGAIN! the case is closed! So long story short, NEVER use this firm.
