Please do your research before hiring this firm. I paid $1700, and they did not file my case. My situation is identical to many of the reviews on here. Once they get your money, you hear little if anything from them. I will say they did return $267 to me. But they did absolutely nothing, so a full refund is what I expect. I would be interested to talk to anyone else who has gone through this nightmare with Suncoast Law of Orlando.

After months of talking to bankruptcy attorneys and looking for one that was honest and trustworthy, I was fortunate enough to find Sun Coast Law. They were completely honest from day one, and was so thorough in walking me through the process. The staff is incredibly easy to work with, and they are so detailed to make sure you have everything complete, correct, and ready to go. Kirk it’s not an attorney he’s the office manager, the attorney is Shelley Hogue who is very rude and annoying. Calls with the intentions of have a dispute!! All she knows it’s to complete paperwork that’s it. She repeats herself over and over it was clear someone was coaching her in what to say. Not helpful!! Doesn’t care!! Disregard this company waste of 500$ but I am glad I’m done with them. AMBULANCE CHASERS!! Stay away!!
