I was involved in a car accident resulting in serious neck injuries, the attorney I had hired was working that case when the car I was riding in was rear ended at a traffic light. Causing more extensive injuries to my neck. The attorney I had was pursuing the second case while settling up the first case. He suddenly passed away. It seems the money he received from the first case he had in escrow while settling up medical claims had disappeared. When the attorney from the Bar went into the accounts, my first attorney had used all my funds plus other clients funds and spent it. Leaving me without any money to go forward. I was devastated as I was no longer able to work, pay my bills, etc. Mr. Tonelli was not only able to settle the second case for me but pursued the Bar association and was able to recover about 95% of my money through a victims insurance fund I believe.

William Tonelli helped me get through my injury case. I've never had a legal experience before and he was excellent at taking the time to make sure I was updated throughout the process. He takes the time to talk to you and explain what's going on and the plan of action. He's very personable which made it easy to ask him questions or concerns I had and I never felt intimidated to reach out with my concerns in my case. I feel that my case was a complete success and William knows what he is doing. He was looking out for me in my case and did everything he said he was going to do and went beyond that.
