I'm buying a home and my apartment complex was trying to get twice the amount of money allowed for breaking my lease early. Jason O'Neal was very helpful to me and explained why the apartment complex cannot do that and that he has litigated this very issue in the past. Even though I'm a lawyer myself (criminal law), my eyes cross when I start reading contracts. And frankly, when it comes to apartment leases, you either sign what's given to you or you don't get in the apartment; they don't want to negotiate various provisions. I'm so happy I was referred to Mr. O'Neal; he was quick to respond to my initial email, quick to review my documents, and was extremely helpful. Luckily we didn't have to litigate the issue, but I happily would have watched him shred the apartment management company in court. 100% recommend him.
