I was referred to Cornerstone by a neighbor and placed an inquiry regarding issues with my Home Owners Association and their attorney of record. Shortly after my inquiry call, Mr. O'Neal, Esq. personally called me. We had a lengthy conversation regarding my concerns and objectives. He provided informative and thoughtful direction, as well as possible paths forward to accomplish my goal. I am optimistic that if anyone can help me, he is definitely the right person. Cornerstone Law was willing to take on our sticky foreclosure and code enforcement issues. Jason O’Neal was there from the beginning, and it was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders having them on our side. They worked with the code enforcement officer while pursuing the foreclosure. In the end, the property was returned to us (unfortunately, the sheriff’s office had to be involved) and we were able to get the property cleaned up and awaiting inspection from the code enforcement officer this week. It was a pleasure working with Attorney Nestor Ivanor and Paralegal Jennifer Grimmer. Although everyone I’ve dealt with at Cornerstone has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them for your legal counsel and will keep their number in my contacts in case I ever need an attorney again. Thank you again!

Jason O’Neal was my rock through a difficult Real Estate closing. When my buyer tried to cancel the DAY BEFORE closing I went into a panic. Luckily Jason was there to calm me down, go over my options, and give me the confidence I needed to stand up for myself and fight back. Jason got us the win! We were dealt a tough situation, but after speaking with Jason at Cornerstone Law Firm he helped us through the legal process.
