This real estate closing was unique. Just happy the closing is finished!

I highly recommend Kristina Paulter from Cornerstone Law Firm. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with assistance for any Real Estate legal issues. I would highly recommend her or Jason for any legal issues because if they don't handle it directly I trust them to steer me in the best direction with a quality referral.

Very Professional

Sarah has been our attorney for the past few years and to say that she has saved us from bad contracts and agreements is an understatement. After we hired her she looked over several contracts that we were ready to sign and pointed out the parts of the contract that would have cost us unnecessary money and the inability to get out of the contract. There is not one document that needs to be signed that Sarah does not look over to let us know if we should sign it. We are so lucky to have her watching out for us all the time.

Grace will appear to draw you in and have all the time and answers in the world for you ...before she gets the check. After you have paid, it is the same as with most attorneys, they are in it for the money. A quick settlement that does not benefit the client or a long drawn out battle that accrues attorney fees for herself, pick your outcome. My case was complicated and she assured me she could handle it. After an "accident" she claimed she could not walk to get into court to represent me any longer..I went to her office and found her walking that same day. So she lied to me about her condition. Red flag...the person you hire to aid you in your time of need lies to you. Great. She forgot important details and facts often, and definitely did not listen to to the information with which I provided. She puffs and pretends to know everyone and everything and gets frustrated at the paying client when cases do not go easy or as she anticipated. Lawyers, judges, courts are an imperfect system at best and hustlers and thieves at worst. We the general laypeople are suckers to their whims and secrets The best I can say is to never place yourself in a position where you need a lawyer at all. Buyer beware if you give Grace Glavin any business...legal and mortgage title inclusive.

I've consulted with Jason O'Neal at Cornerstone Law on several occasions regarding landlord tenant and real estate law. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my calls. His experience in the real estate industry has really helped him excel as an attorney. I now refer all my real estate / landlord tenant potential clients to Jason. Highly recommend!

I met with Sarah to help review my mother's who is in her 80's legal paperwork. She let me know that what I had was exactly what I needed and recommended an additional document to complete the file. I appreciate her honesty and not trying to oversell me in any way. I would highly recommend her.

Update (Jan 2020): We bought a house in a Florida, sight unseen, and needed someone we could trust to follow through with all the details while we were in NY, up through and including the closing. Based on our previous experience with Ms. Glavin, we retained her to represent us. She did an excellent job, very thorough and always acting in our best interests. (2018) I'm writing this review to thank Grace Anne Glavin for the invaluable information and assistance she provided me to help a dear friend who is fighting severe mental illness. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to reach and intelligently communicate with the appropriate parties to help guarantee that my friend received the proper protections and treatment. I have used Ms. Glavin for numerous legal matters and over several decades. In addition, my father (now deceased) consulted with her on several occasions, as well as my brother. She is very knowledgable and has always looked out for our best interests. She always returns calls and answers questions in a timely manner and any issues (mostly estate and elder law) have always been resolved to our satisfaction. She's very good at what she does and she has always helped us. In every case, for our family, she has been dependable, effective and trustworthy. She's nice, too!

This attorney is very professional and takes time to explain any questions I have had. To some attorneys you are just a file but this attorney remembers your name and gets things done. 10/10 recommended.
