Mr.Hackworth was my attorney for a Termination of Parental Rights case and I must say this man knows what’s going on! His representation at trial was awesome, he had people back peddling on their statements during trial! This man was on point with cross examination and if I could give 10 stars that wouldn’t be enough!! He is the go to guy if you are in trouble or for family law which was my situation!! I am so impressed with the way he handled himself, the way he made witnesses in cross examination come up with a case of the ummm’s because they couldn’t think quick enough to come back with an answer!! Hands down if you want a Lawyer to help you and who is understanding, look no further!! Jonathan Hackworth is the man you want walking in to court representing you!!! I was a person who had never felt a brush with the law, and was very unfamiliar with the legal system. John Hackworth took me through every procedure with empathy, concern and professionalism. The case resolution was exactly what I had hoped, and John was just as much a trusted friend and ally as he was an attorney. I can not say enough GOOD things about Jon Hackwork. He handled my case in a time of need and worked quickly to diffuse a volitale situation with my ex. He drafted a temporary parenting plan and worked quickly to put a gameplan in place and start the custody discussions promptly. He takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can discern. He communicates regularly and "EVEN FIRST THING IN THE A.M., thanks Jon. Jon is fair and flexible regarding compensation for his fees. As an established client, I make regular payments to my account weekly. We all know how emotional Family Law can be. Jon handled my divorce. It was a rough time to go through, but Jon made it easy and simple. Everything was handled before I even thought to ask.
