I don't usually write reviews but after getting exceptional service by Sam and his staff, I felt I should. They were great, Shenel literally walked me through the process and then Mimi handled all my paperwork super quickly.

Bryson handled the aspects of my case beautifully. I believe my case was different and extreme with only one end I could hope for, and I received just that end. He was very attentive and responsive when necessary. I also felt he was compassionate and caring during the most stressful, horrible time of my entire life. This course is an absolute MUST for all attorneys who intend on or are currently litigating DUI/DWI cases. Not attending this course amounts to malpractice. You should know more than the officer that is testifying in the case. Tony is an expert and a wealth of knowledge. My sincere thanks for help, guidance and dedication to our legal system.

I attended the August 2019 SFST Student course. Tony and the supporting cast of Juanita, Kevin and Ben did an absolutely amazing job! The level of competency, professionalism and real-world experience is without equal. This course is a must for any serious DWI/DUI defense attorney who takes representing his/her clients seriously. I took away a new level of proficiency and a bag of weapons to deploy in my DWI defense litigation.

I can't recommend enough. The course is well-structured, with hands-on training, and you're given the same instruction as an officer. Gives the attorneys a methodical and comprehensive approach to defending DUI cases and the results of SFST's. Great instructors and great content. You won't be disappointed.

My office (criminal defense law firm) sent me to Atlanta this past Spring to participate in Mr. Palacios' course and I cannot praise Mr. Palacios or the training staff he works with more. I appreciated Mr. Palacios' background in law enforcement and the insights he was able to provide, having himself been trained in SFSTs from the alternative perspective. The course offered a great balance of what I would call "classroom-style" instruction and hands on instruction -- people still get a kick out of me informing them that we train with people who are actually intoxicated to some degree! Despite my working in the state of Montana and Mr. Palacios and the other instructors stationed primarily in Georgia, the course was still extremely applicable to my work in Montana. I can say that this training has greatly increased my ability to aid my bosses in assessing a DUI investigation and help prepare them for the process of negotiating a plea agreement or helping our client decide if he or she wants to pursue trial. 11/10 would recommend.
