Choosing Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley to handle our mother’s malpractice suit was one of our best decisions. From the beginning, Lee Atkinson was comforting and understanding regarding our mother’s death as well as diligent and communicative. We always felt like we were well-informed on the progress of the case and that Lee was working hard for us. He became a trusted confidante, more like a good friend instead of just an attorney. During mediations, you could see the emotion on his face when he was arguing on our behalf, showing he truly cared. We were satisfied with the outcome of the case even though – as Lee told us – no decision would feel like it did enough justice for our mother.
