Was told i would get my reward at the end of 2021 that never happened was told again I would get it at the end of February beginning of spring that never happened and I call lein resolutions company they can't tell me nothing because they were told not to give me updates. 11-2022 still nobody knows anything

I would recommend Michael Ruppersburg and Tyler Mathis for any job out there. They are two stand up guys that get the job done.Real good men to work with and stay on top of the case. They have become good friends also as they do there job. Very professional and stands up for you.

The boy's club is alive and well at BBGA. I experienced one of the ruder lawyers I've ever dealt with while closing my townhome in Athens. Chip was condescending, unprofessional and passive aggressive. His firm had my file for over a month, but decided to submit a request for paperwork to my HOA less than 7 business days before closing and then charged me when they had to rush it. Chips response to me and my real estate agent was, "We first sent this to you Tuesday for your client to order and pay. I can re-forward that email if you would like." Like, Sir, I realize when you sent it, don't patronize me. 😂 It's as if they've never dealt with an HOA before. Ultimately unprofessional and unable to take accountability, I would not use this firm again unless I felt like spending money on unnecessary rush fees. ✌🏻

I've been using them since 2015 and Julie has been a big help in getting things done. I would recommend this law firm to all my friends. Thanks guys

In my personal experience, the original attorney assigned to me completely bungled my case in regard to timeliness and then immediately left the firm. The next attorney assigned to me after I reached out on multiple occasions after them not communicating anything with me for a while misled me on the outlook of the case and the scope of work done on my case and repeated the same exact work done by my original assigned attorney (so charged double for no additional furthering of my case) which in my opinion all was done in order to continue billing me further before kicking me to the curb. Please use anyone else.
