False DUI Charges: Result: Dropped to a " Too fast for conditions". I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the case considering all of the surrounding factors. DUI charges can remain on your record for LIFE and I am glad I went with attorney Wiltshire. Mo was pleasantly helpful to work with and completely understood all of the aspects of my situation without judgement. I was not only surprisingly pleased with the outcome but Mo Wiltshire was also good at heart and only charged me for HALF of our initial agreement!!!!! I would recommend Mo Wiltshire to ANY AND ALL individuals who have similar problems or concerns as he handles files with diligence and authority. Definitely Top notch and the best Attorney on the Northside of Georgia!! Thanks again for all that you accomplished for me Mo!!!!

Mo Wiltshire is the best, as an attorney and as an individual. I am a retired civil attorney and hired Mo in 2019 to represent my daughter after a traffic accident, when the police report indicated that she was suspected of driving under the influence. No field sobriety test was performed at the accident scene and no blood tests were ever done at the hospital. However, over the next two years the charges against my daughter escalated from traffic misdemeanors to a DUI and felony charges related to serious injury by vehicle.
We would never have gotten through the four years until the resolution of my daughter’s case, in July 2023, without Mo’s communication and knowledge, based on his experience, that patience and perseverance would lead to his being able to obtain the best possible outcome for my daughter. Having that patience was challenging at times, but Mo was there to reassure us when necessary, and I always felt better about my daughter’s situation after one of our many phone conferences.
After four years, once my daughter’s case was finally assigned to a prosecutor (after 6 others) who was ready to look at the facts of her case, Mo was able to get the prosecutor to consider the totality of the evidence, and negotiated a deal for my daughter that dismissed the DUI and all other felony charges. Instead, she was convicted of three traffic-related misdemeanors, requiring probation and community service.
During the four years that this case was pending, my daughter completed graduate school with a degree in the medical profession and had to go through a professional licensing process. The backlog of cases in the Athens Clarke County District Attorney’s office and lack of a resolution in my daughter’s case were seriously jeopardizing her ability to get licensed. Knowing this, Mo wrote a personal letter to the medical licensing board, advocating for my daughter. In addition, given how well-known and respected he is within the court system, Mo even was able to get the clerk of court to communicate with the medical licensing board and confirm the unresolved status of my daughter’s case. This extra effort by Mo led to my daughter finally obtaining the license that she needed.
I worked with many attorneys in the years that I practiced law and, without question, Mo’s level of professionalism and commitment to his clients is outstanding. We are so grateful to him for the outcome he obtained for our daughter and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering his legal services.

I was charged with several counts of felony child molestation by the State of Georgia. These disgusting charges were predicated on coerced statements from the children of my coworker and, thanks to Mr. Morris Wiltshire, proven to be baseless.
I picked Mr. Wiltshire because he, aside from my family and friends, was the only person who believed in me in my darkest hour. Also, Mr. Wiltshire was highly recommended by an attorney with the Piedmont Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office.
Mr. Wiltshire has been on both ends of the judicial spectrum formally as a prosecutor and now as a criminal defense attorney—he knows all the tricks that police detectives and the prosecution will throw at you and how to counter them. Mr. Wiltshire has the tools and the talent.
When you are criminally charged you are going to war and Mr. Wiltshire is an unrelenting fighter—a fighter you’ll need in your corner on the battlefield that is the courtroom whether your issue is at the State or Federal level.
What Mr. Wiltshire and his team did for me and my family was nothing short of a miracle. I was facing the rest of my life in prison if convicted. Mr. Wiltshire assessed my situation and developed a battle plan. Mr. Wiltshire has a network of experts and, with his guidance, we hired a reputable expert in the field of forensic psychology to review the evidence and write a report that further proved that I was innocent.
The result for me being represented by Mr. Wiltshire and his extraordinary team was that we never took a trial posture and my criminal charges were ultimately dismissed.
The financial hardship and psychological trauma these criminal charges have caused me and my family will, over time, fade hopefully, but the initial result Mr. Wilshire and his team affected had a tremendous impact on my life. It’s difficult to describe the emotions because I have always lived a lawful life. I can say with certainty that Mr. Wilshire never never gave up on me—he stuck with me through thick and thin and, ultimately, my innocence was vindicated thanks to Mr. Wiltshire and his team.
Everyone’s legal situation is different. Remember: NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE! Assert your Fifth Amendment privilege (if you’re a U.S. citizen), go to jail, bond out and call Mr. Wiltshire immediately.

Mo is an excellent attorney. If you find yourself needing legal representation in the Ocmulgee district for a criminal matter, this is the man to hire. Mo, will fight, negotiate, and defend your 2nd amendment rights.
He understands over zealous policing and can defend you when it happens. He also has a good working relationship with the court systems and district attorney. They know who he is and know he is there to defend his clients. He is not taken lightly.
