I’ve had two “run-ins” with the Athens law enforcement during my college career. (2016 Grad) and Mo was there for both me and my family each time with great advice and intervention in the local courts when necessary. He’s a down to earth and very reasonable guy who will go out of his way to help you. He’s more of a friend at times and expert counselor when you need him to be. He’s also connected in the area and understands the process and how overzealous the prosecutors in the area can be. Very grateful to Mo that I’ve been able to avoid situations that could have been a lot worse. He’s top dawg at defending rowdy dawgs!

Mo was incredible. From the consultation to the resolution of my case, he was professional, realistic and thorough. He gave me realistic expectations of how the case would turn out from the beginning. He communicated what was going on with my case frequently and worked with me when I couldn't make a court date etc. The case ended in dismissal, which I was more than I could've asked for. As any parent that has had one of their own make poor decisions can attest, the consequences of those decisions creates undue stress and strain on the family. We contacted Mr. Wiltshire after an unfortunate incident and arranged to meet. Typically you can get a feel for a person's attitude and personality within the first five minutes of the introduction and "Mo" won us over immediately with his candor, professionalism, and general demeanor. Not only did he express his undeniable knowledge of the law he had impeccable values as a man and those that we shared in our family. While we were far from resolving our situation he made us feel very confident before we departed and we began our journey toward resolution. Over time, and much coordination, Mr. Wiltshire ultimately negotiated a positive final result that was far beyond what we originally imagined. Our youngest was salvaged from what could have been a disastrous outcome and is now more mature and aware of the ramifications of bad choices. This was due to Mr. Wiltshire's willingness to explain issues in a calm, collected, and often times humorous manner. We are forever indebted to Mo for presenting a defense that was thorough, affordable, and personable. We could not offer a higher recommendation to those in need of competent representation.
