ACCIDENTS HAPPEN and when they do you call Massey Law. Mr. Massey and his team did a exceptional job with assisting me with my car accident. When filing a claim that made it a very smooth process while answering all my questions and worries. Everything step was broken down thoroughly and they were very diligent in working to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this law firm. Working with Mr. Massey was such a pleasure. He was always reachable and would return my calls very promptly. He kept me aware and up to date on everything going on with my case. He was always receptive to my input when it came to making decisions. He won our case and got us a nice settlement. Ross is very knowledgeable but also has endless resources at his disposal. Ross was excellent! He was kind, responsive, professional, and effective. His office handled everything for me and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Most importantly, he never sugarcoated anything and explained things to me step by step. He worked diligently to get my settlement handled for more than even he initially thought! Attorney Ross Massey and his team did a great job handling my auto accident, even though it was a long process due to Covid we settled and we are very happy with the outcome.
