Mr. Thomas and Mr. Fargione were very supportive from the beginning, answering various questions and addressing my concerns even before I hired them to take on my case. Once I paid the retainer for their services, they went over and beyond, using their separate sets of skills and expertise, jointly to create the perfect dream team to fight for me fairly. They took measures to do extra research to handle my complex case perfectly and professionally. They responded to my emails and phone messages in a timely manner unlike some attorneys I have used in the past. They know the law, yet they understand personal feelings and will explain the pros and cons of each separate situation and give you their best advice to get what is deserved and reasonable. They are both very kind and pleasant to talk to. Their personalities and areas of expertise meshed very well together for understanding me and my case. I know my personality and my case were difficult at times. Their services are reasonably priced and they do not price gouge with fees that seem unrealistic. I greatly appreciate their support through my entire case. AM

Despite multiple calls to the office before and after agreed upon appointment time, the attorneys here did not call for the scheduled consult. The front office staff sounded like a college intern. Very unhelpful. I can only imagine how they treat clients AFTER they have your money.

I can not say enough positive things about Al. He was always willing to answer any and all questions that I had about my case, he made sure that I fully understood what was going on and made me feel as if I was his only client. He responded quickly and kept the case moving forward. Even better is the fact the He was able to get the outcome I was hoping for. I highly recommend this firm to help you with a family law case.

Called in, in need of help. I was scheduled a week out for Thursday the 14th. 30minutes before my in person consultation was supposed to happen, I get a call to cancel it. They told me that it will be a phone conference instead. So I've waited. And waited. It was 4pm, then 4:30pm then 5pm with no call. I've also canceled the rest of my work schedule for the meeting $$$, so has my partner$$$ . If you need someone to count on and represent you. I'd advise finding someone else who takes your time and situation seriously. It's not this place for me. Good luck.

We were dealing with an out of state issue. We reached out to this firm and he strung us along, promised if unable to do anything he would return retainer fee. Once it was determined he was unable to help us with the temporary order which we had all along the office stated the retainer was non refundable. Poor business, misleading and obviously doesn’t know cross states laws as we now have what we wanted the entire time and our remaining retainer back from the attorney that could perform!

These guys did s fantastic job handling my case. Stuck with me for over three years, and got me everything that I wanted. Super professional, timely responses, and a bulldog attitude. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
