If you knew me you would know I am always letting my mind tell me the worst will always happen, and if you talked with Scott Smith and Sarah Armstrong they would probable say I was a pain in the butt for being over worried about my case. If I only knew then what was going to happen because the team at W. Scott Smith provided me with the best team I could ever ask for, My case seemed near impossible in my mind, but this fantastic group of people (Sarah and Scott) took my case with out hesitation and gave me the results I so wanted. Just when I though my year could not get any worse from my fathers passing and my grandfather passing. I had never been in trouble with the Law before , until this past Thanksgiving Eve on my way home from work. After months of waiting I was given a reduction in my case to wreck less driving. I am extremely happy with the outcome Sarah Armstrong was able to negotiate, Give them a call and let them take care of your problem, they will treat you like family always letting you know what is going on and what you can do to help yourself when your dooms day arrives. Great Law Firm across the board. Right off the bat with my initial discussion about my case I knew I was in good hands. All of the attorneys that helped me weed through all of my issues not only took care of everything for me, but they helped me understand all of the legal processes and jargon along the way. This has been a complicated legal journey for me and the attorneys and the staff have been there the entire time to make sure I walked out of the courtroom with the best possible outcome. They feel like my family now and I know my life is literally better now thanks to the whole team.

Atlanta's most P R O F O U N D lawyer! I am still experiencing the overwhelming effects of hearing Scott Smith, whisper (literally) the sweet words, "Case Dismissed" . We must no longer allow this "uniformed system" to capture us and take away our freedom! The road was very Rocky, but, Scott made us feel courageous and secured! Very professional

Waste of money. I sat in court all morning waiting for my lawyer. Who I seen for 4 mins and didn't show with paperwork to help us. That I did prior to court date.Just to hear two people with same/like or worse chargers get better deals then I was offered. With no representation.One with an active warrant got a less offer then my lawyer provided me. One admitting to the crime to the judge and still got less offence. Only to hear a sorry when I explained it to him. He wasn't working for me. just working me for my $1500.
