Informed about a case involving my mother's death. I had to call because no one called me. Got a reply could not take case. This firm only wants cases that they don't have work to hard and win. Cases like my mother's this has to work to hard. Don't work with this firm and don't listen to commericals they want easy win cases.

Absolutely awful company. I was set up with an attorney four months prior to my court date, and then two weeks prior to my court date, the lawyer told me that I didn't have a strong case (even with doctors reports and being fired from my last job statimg on paper that it was due to ny disability and winning the lawsuit against them with a different lawyer) and would more than likely be dropped. She said that she would follow up with me in the next day, and that I had 24 hours to build a stronget case for her not wasting her time on me. After that, she never called me again. No letter, nor phone calls, nothing. I had to call back to even see where my court day was, so I could cancel it myself (two weeks prior isn't enough time to get another lawyer). Why say that I have a strong case four months prior and then suddenly cancel on me two weeks from the court date? Why get my hopes up? Do not do business with this company. They are horrible. I'm wondering if I would have had a better chance with them if I was black.

I appreciated the entire staff past and present of the firm. My family and I were treated like family. They took a personal interest in us and was there when we needed them the most. Thanks to all of you.

The Cochran Firm handled my mother’s case very well. It did take awhile to get the ball rolling, but it was the other party to blame for that. I would recommend them to others for the same type of case. They were very personable to my family and I. They even went as far as giving me a baby gift shortly after I gave birth. After two years of working on my case, I was satisfied with the outcome. There are lawyers who specialize in certain types of cases and everyone should do their due diligence to find the right one for them. Commercials are a big part of advertising and there are lots of lawyers to choose from. I was blessed to have chosen mine correctly.
