After a lot of research of finding an attorney to represent me I went with Peach State Lawyer, and I am glad I did. Their team is very knowledgeable, attentive and very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. They never seemed to be bothered by my lack of knowledge in this matter and guided me step by step. They were great in court and my citation was dismissed and I only had to pay court fees. I highly recommend this team, and they have earned themselves a client for life.

W. Scott smith is the very best defense lawyer in Atlanta, GA. They were very understanding of the situation I was in, took care of my case and kept me updated through the entire process. They worked out a reasonable payment plan with me and walk me through the entire process. I found Scott and his team to be both trustworthy and personable. I am so glad I chose him.

I am a teenage driver, when I got my ticket I was so worried about the cost, if I would lose points and I didn't know what would happen. After I met with Mr. Scott, I felt so much better about the situation. He was so patient, answered ALL my questions and had so much knowledge. I learned a few things that day. I only had to pay a small fine and didn't lose any points. From now on, I am recommending him to all my friends. Thank you for everything.

I have known Scott Smith for several years while I was a Police Officer and now as an Expert Witness. I have always been very impressed with the effort he puts into every case to get his client the best possible outcome. From finding issues in the case to asking the right questions on cross examination. I have even seen him conduct a mock trial of a case to make sure he was as prepared as he could be. I highly recommend him not only for DUI cases, but any criminal case.
