This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my lawyer for over a month and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve sent email after email, I’ve left tons for voicemails. I call literally everyday and it’s the same thing. I was told my case was closing, that I’ve received an offer and that my car would be getting fixed. My car is not fixed yet, and I haven’t heard anything back about my offer. I wish I would’ve went with another company. I’ll never deal with them again. Save your time and energy and go with a company that cares.

Don’t waste your time with them. They don’t communicate and take forever to get your case settled 2 years for a simple case( I was rear ended by another vehicle) and still haven’t been cut a check and the amount they said I would get I didn’t. I should’ve went with 411pain or another law firm! Save yourself and go with someone else!

Case is over three years old, and now I'm being told that my settlement is "uncollectable." This is after numerous lies regarding insurance verification, dozens of emails to their client experience team that went unresponded to, a request for a different attorney within the firm, being dropped as a client by the firm "on accident," and not even receiving a phone call to discuss the actual hearing. I was put on the stand with ZERO preparation from my attorneys. Most unprofessional, unethical organization imaginable. This review could and should be longer, but I'll end with this...even if they "accept" your case, do not contract with them. They will lie. They will not follow up at all. They will recommend medical treatment without knowing if they can collect...I am now on the hook for over 22k in medical bills, thousands of dollars of lost wages due to court dates, treatment an hour away from my home and office to be treated by their "preferred provider," and the time spent attempting to have my Attorney, Steven Fair answer the most basic of questions. Just go elsewhere

Haven’t been able to speak with case manager or attorney since the accident on 9/6 not one phone call.but I’ve been in contact with other departments but just not the case manager or attorney

I think that there so big some cases seem to slip there mind. If I don’t call to get an update they don’t call me. I understand that this is a process but please a call at least once a month would be nice. And at 40% I should be up to date on everything.

Terrible service. They tricked me and didn't explain why my case was dropped nor the decency to inform me they dropped my case. Argumentative case managers and liars. So sad I trusted them.

Horrible service, my lawyer and his assistant would not return my phone calls emails and texts for a whole month, my lawyer decided to settle out of court in which the company I was suing low balled me. I would not recommend this law firm, no one called me to give me the outcome of Mr Chris Gill when I filed a report against him.

Called to ask if they handled elderly care - a very simple question - do they handle misuse of money by the facility who has the person? Initial person asked many questions then referred me to insurance dept. Has nothing to do with insurance! Was referred to two other departments and after giving them my problem, was told they do not handle cases like that. Well, that have been told to me initially. Would love to talk to John Morgan but I bet he won't even see this. I guess I'm just a nobody!!!!!!!

If I could give 0, I would. They told me they would take my case and then didn’t want my case after I filled out the survey on them. I never got any updates or phone calls letting me know about my case so I gave them a poor review, which is what they deserve, and a few days later they called and said they could no longer take my case. This place is awful. Don’t waste your time or money. They never call and update you after your initial call.
