Due to my experiences with the firm.

Never gave me a case on my injury

They decided after 2 months not to represent me. They were extremely slow to communicate with me. It appears my case was just too small for them...Regards

these people are sorry. i wish i would have given my case to someone else.

It has been 3yrs for a simple fender bender, my case has closed, I've signed power of attorney to pay medical and everyone has been paid but me. Going on 6 months of being told accounting is backed up and can't cut me a check. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MORGAN & MORGAN.

Would like an update on my case. I asked my CM 2 questions along with sending a copy of a bill and only response was received and saved. No answers to either of my questions.

There quick to respond but when I explain my situation 2 times already then I get asked to explain it again it frustrating that both the times I explained what happened they did not take notes and the last guy I spoke to which is why I’m writing this I simply ask, because he asked me to explain it all over again, I simply ask no one took notes On what I said the last couple times? I’ve explained? he gives me an attitude and says exactly,” no I wouldn’t be asking you if I did know what you were talking about” after he said that there was no point to go forward so I just ended the call the tone of his voice seemed careless and also seemed like he didn’t care what I had to say.. and please don’t respond back saying we have so much to deal with sorry for the unfortunate situation hope you can call back thanks don’t feel like hearing that you guys get paid from the people then be caring of the people.

I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.They are by far the most unprofessional and impersonal firm I have had business with. I WOULD NOT recommend this Law Group to anyone. Firstly, the lack of communication skills is ridiculous. On top of that the case manager Nyalie and the legal assistant Carles are unprofessional. Gave me the ultimate run when communicated with, and failed to return calls unless I demanded to speak with someone. Then, I had to initiate follow up with my case after being open for almost two years.The lack of communication was awful. Lastly, after working with this law firm for about two years, there was no gesture of appreciation made. Overall my personal experience with this law group was disappointing.

I called them asking for a lawyer with top secret clearance then they hung up on me. Once I called a 2nd time, they didn't want to talk to and wanted to get me off.
