Wayne, LaShonda, and Desiree (who transitioned into a new position during my time) were absolutely amazing. From talking with Myra at the front all the way up to Harmony on the Executive Level. I truly appreciated the time, care and attention dedicated to me and my case. They did not miss a beat! For obvious reasons, I can admit I probably was a bit difficult to deal with, as my whole life was impacted in major ways by a hit and run accident. Council & Associates never made me feel like I was being a hassle (and trust me I was) lol. I’m so thankful for firms like this! Those that go above and beyond to treat clients as humans and work as quickly as possible. I brought my case to them in December 2022. We closed my case today (August 2023) though this seems long it felt like no time at all because I was kept in the loop the entire time. I appreciate y’all! Lashandra and her team is very great at what they do she assigned a young lady name Harmony to help with my case my go to person and they made us feel like family . LaShondra would always tell me she had my back and she did. She helped me by bringing Harmony into me and my wife’s life and we consider her as family my case is still going on after eight months, but they been in our corner the reason for this email I would highly consider them not 100% but 1000% words cannot explain on how much respect I have for them. and I will give a special shout out to Harmony very special person and gifted.

What can I say that hasn't already been said here? Allen is as good as it gets, a true professional who also cares personally about supporting you. Even when I was content with an email or text, he always, always reached back out through a phone call to ensure all my questions were answered. PAGE sent me to Allen and I couldn't be more grateful. I had no idea what to expect just like most people who never expect to find themselves dealing with the PSC. However, any possible expectations I could have had were met and blown away throughout the process. To put it simply, he went to bat for me and I will forever be grateful. Someone else described him as "tenacious" and I would also have to agree. He stopped at nothing to make sure I was represented, seen, and heard. Allen also did it with class, professionalism, and a personal touch. All along the way I never doubted that we were doing all we could to fight the good fight thanks to his efforts.
