When I couldn’t understand, they understood and helped me in every way possible. Legal help is great and finding legal assistance that understands you and can identify with you while walking you through your needs is fantastic. Give them a call and you won’t regret it, you will recommend them.

Worst experience ever. I was misled the entire time. She spoke highly of all the things she would do. Had me upload proof of certain things. Told me grounds of our whole argument. Day of court none of that. Whined how she faced judge for 17 years and he won't do this or that. Figure after 17 years you'd k ow what to say or not to at somepoint to get results. Did everything she could not to go to court. When I pointed out her lack luster representation she immediately to insult me. She talked so much about how opposing attorney has never been known to be prepared etc...I basically spent thousands (over $12) to have her fill out paperwork. She even did that wrong filed my case in wrong county. Told me oh it won't be an issue and that I'd have to pay refilimg if I wanted filed in the right county. If you are going through a custody hearing this is not who I'd recommend. Maybe for traffic or other matters.

From the start service was outstanding. The intake staff gathered necessary information from me and answered all of my questions. I was then assigned to a paralegal who returned my calls and followed up as agreed. When I had concerns throughout the process no one ghosted me. My calls were always returned timely. When it was time to discuss my settlement the atty explained everything and advised of the process should I choose litigation. I highly recommend Council and Associates for your legal needs.

I now have Tessie Edwards' firm on speed dial. Ms. Lolita K. Beyah is a gem; a true asset to the law firm. I would go as far as stating confidently that the lady is Perry Mason personified. The staff I communicated with were top notch in professionalism and timely in returning communications to address concerns. They too are instrumental to the firm's success. I know who to turn to for all my legal needs and can say that representation would be beyond the call of duty.

I was turned down by three big law firms because they claimed my case wasn't big enough I was referred to council and Associates,LLC when I tell you they communicated often I didn't even get a chance to call them because they always reached out to communicate the updates on my case. They fought for my case like it was a million dollar case I'm sooo pleased with this Law firm. Great customer/Client service hands down. Thank you Council and Associates Team keep up the great work and continue making a difference.

Simply amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me through such a difficult time. Edie is so compassionate, thorough, and attentive! Whenever I had any questions about my case, she was very clear with her updates. It's something simple but she always asked how I was doing and held genuine conversations which solidified my trust in her. Wayne and Keiyana also are amazing! Super straightforward and kind. Any questions I had were answered clearly and in a friendly manner. Everyone I've had an opportunity to speak with at Council and Associates was so easy to speak with, and helpful. I never felt like they were speaking at me, or like my case wasn't a priority. All around great people that helped me settle a case efficiently. They handled everything for me and took off any unnecessary burdens during a difficult time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10

This was a terrible experience. I was poorly represented and the evidence I uploaded to the client portal was not even shared in court. Moreover, the judge said in open court that the reason there was an extreme delay in our court date was the several months my attorney was on leave. The judge said her leave stated only she was able to handle my case. My attorney said that she thought the court would schedule her while she was on leave because of the seriousness of the case. All along I had been begging my attorney to get me to court because I'm being alienated from my daughter. The attorney pretended the court was causing the delay. I have suffered more and paid more money as a result of this unethical negligence. I contacted my attorney first with this complaint and she did not respond. Next, I reached out to Mrs. Edwards with my complaint, and she did not respond. Therefore, I am writing this review and I am filing a grievance with the state bar of Georgia.
