Could have done better with a public offender

My family and I had a very good and helpful experience with attorney Edwards and her staff. Not only did our case go well but they did a good job of keeping us up to speed and keeping us knowledgeable of everything happening with our case, and made everything as simple as possible and to the point. I gladly recommend Attorney Edwards and her office for family legal matters.

I can not say enough about about this law firm, since day 1 I always had communication with my case manager and attorney on my case via phone, email or text. They always kept me up to date on the process and even call to check to see how me and my kids are doing. I highly recommend this law firm.

The only thing i would recommend is working on communication! Other than that i am very happy with my experience.

Council and Associates did a very good job with my case and communicating important information. They took good care of me.

I must say this! Whole heartedly I suffer from really bad anxiety this firm work with me every step of the way! through all my anxiety attacks through my not understanding everything they were patient caring and understanding. They made me feel welcomed not like I was just another number or just another check! Mrs Rogers is absolutely amazing from the time I found them at 2 o’clock in the morning yes I said 2 o’clock in the morning and there was actually a live person to answer which really surprise me The intake person took all my information I Mrs Rogers called me a few hour’s later The intake was very easy she explained everything and we went from there. But then I had one of my moments and I said I did not want to go through with it anymore she respected my wishes I try to do it on my own and it wasn’t working! The other insurance company was trying to get me to do something that I didn’t sound right so I contacted Miss Edie and they were happy to take me back on just like that! No judgment. My case took all of about four months because I had to go through certain doctors and things of that nature, but during this time working with (Mrs. Edie) (Mr. Williams) and (Mrs. Rogers) and the intake person I just can’t remember her name they are all wonderful understanding and caring! Thank you so much!!! I had never been in a car accident before nor did I ever have to hire a lawyer they are very reasonable they will work with you and I will talk you through it until you understand I would definitely recommend this company

My case was done in a good timely manner. I felt like they cared for my well being and were fighting for me and not against me.

Tessie and her team are rude AF. I don't know if she is overwhelmed with cases and stressed but her and her team were rude since first introduction. Rolling their eyes and expecting family members to have extensive documentation of case numbers etc. The office couldn't even find the case numbers during consultation. Everyone isn't educated in legal proceedings, instead of helping to better understand what is going on from the family she came off completely frustrated and demeaning. No sense of understanding of our situation and how she can help our loved one get out of jail. She acted as if we were in the wrong then blocked our number. Money is not an issue for everyone and talking to potential clients like dimwits isn't going to help her grow. I have also heard of her attitude through word of mouth. The only great customer service I received from that office was the receptionist.

I've known Tessie for over a decade--both personally and professionally--and I am pleased to recommend her to anyone seeking a competent, aggressive attorney. Highly recommended!
