My experience was actually pretty good. Pamela is the lady that assisted me and her service was amazing. I got help with my case and this is not the first time I have used their company.

Ms. Giorginia Vazquez did her thing!! She got me over $1800 the amount expected. I loved your service and patience with me through this whole process. Unlike others left me in limbo of figuring out my next move, until it was assigned to you. It took rather long than expected, but you did what you had to do even with the holidays in. Thx lots!!

This company was hired for an accident case back in 2015 after 2 years of contacting them on several occasions I received notice from my insurance company that they would no long be representing this claim thanks for nothing Kanner and Pintaluga what happen to notifying the client all the way through the process I would refer to company to anyone I know in need of a Attorney.

Never had to deal with a car accident before. This team makes it so easy to get the needed treatments for my injury. They are compassionate and so very helpful for making things happen. I couldn't ask for a better team to "have my back".

Rodney Gardner was very awesome and very helpful. He is an amazing young man. Also Brandy Wilson and my attorney Jordan Lande are very helpful and considerate of your personal feelings and thoughts. Grateful for their assistance.

UPDATE: Rodney from team 1 and the entire firm has been THE WORST. Do your homework... do not use this firm. There is 0 communication throughout any of the process... we reach out and play phone tag anytime we want an update. The team members do not seem to be knowledgeable or competent—You never get to speak to an attorney. Filing deadlines were missed. We were asked to go to each of the medical providers to get receipts and information that they clearly should be in charge of.

I am updating my review on the basis that there was one person at this firm that made a difference. Her name is Giorgina Vazquez. Out of all the people that I've dealt with at this firm, she was the MOST helpful and communicative. Each time I emailed her, she responded right away. Even if what she had to report wasn't favorable. She kept me updated. I changed my review from a one star to a three star based on her service. What I can say, is that I have received my compensation and the supervisor that called me (Ash) was very receptive to my feedback. I appreciate that. So although, I wouldn't give them a 5 star and there are no 1/2 stars, I will give them three stars for getting it together at the end. Communication with clients still needs work but overall it wasn't the very worse experience.

In the beginning I was confident that k&p was going to work diligently on my case but it's approaching one year and I'm still waiting on my initial offer! I always have to ask what's going on with my case they never let me know what's going on. I just wish I would have picked a firm that has my best interest at heart and I don't believe they do just my opinion and how I've been treated if I could give you no stars I would! I wouldn't recommended them to anyone nor will I use them again because I know another idiot in Atlanta will run into me.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Case still not settled, I never get updates without calling myself on the status of my case and each time their story changes as to the status of my case. I feel like I need a lawyer for my lawyer. Do not use this firm.

Overall positive experience

Do not sign with this law firm. They have a lot of turnover. There is always someone new on your case. This really did not help me to get my maximum amount for the accident I was in. Please listen and go to a more professional law firm. I felt completely alone in my process.
