I THINK I NEED A LAWYER FOR MY LAWYER!!! I WISH I WOULD'VE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CALLED 411 PAIN!!! Their commercial is a lie. They don't keep you informed, and you never talk to a lawyer, even if you ask to. I've been dealing with them for a year. Everyone involved in my case has been replaced at some point. I have absolutely no idea what's going on. They tell you one thing, then once that deadline approaches, its something else. Honestly, I know I could do a better job then them, with no degree. My case settled in October, it's December 26th. Nothing. Despite being told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. So I call today, only to find out Saul, apparently, has done nothing in the months I've been waiting. My file was "on his desk" for him to call the hospital back. Are you serious?? At this point I can't take anymore!! The stress of dealing with them for a year is worse then the accident!! I'm soooo disappointed, I don't think these 5 star reviews are real. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. IF I COULD OF GIVEN THEM NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE -10!!

I should have NEVER used this firm...accident 4/17 the only conversation is when I contact to them...A cash advance is or was the best part of the relationship...it was speedy and completed with a great company..Not K&P...Anthony told me one thing followed by nothing...

I was not pleased with this firm and how they handled my case. I had to call and harass the folks to know what was going on with my case, i felt it was gross negligence on their part. After being lied to for 6months i finally got someone to assist me. My accident happened in 8/16/16...i have JUST gotten my email stating that my check was being fedexed over to me...due 12/22/17. I would never use this firm again, nor would i recommend them to anybody to use.

Its been a whole yr of waiting.. Im so over this wait... Im emotionally and mentally drained.. This law office started out great! now I'm not so sure.. It takes forever for them to reach bk.. You have to call them to check on your case.. Im homeless with four children, ive been calling more than i usually do...because of my situation.. An still no results.. Iv e been Sooo patient and considerate of the steps they havr to take to get the job done.. But its like no1 is taking in consideration my point of view.. My job barely takes care of my hotel, ugh this is just so frustrating.. Im just ready to stop telli g my kids soon we'll be out this situation and everymonth its same out come

They are the worst company ever to represent me in my kids. In the beginning I'll say the first couple of weeks I was being contacted on a regular and being updated as should. But like around maybe two months in all communication stop after about 8 months after my accident I started to call to see where me in my kids case stand at that time to learn that my case was separated from my kids and we no longer was working with the original appointed lawyers because they were no longer with the company and new lawyers was appoint to the case but in that process the cases was separated. I was very upset that I wasn't inform about it when it was being done no call, no letters, no VM NOTHING. NOW BECAUSE OF THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM THE TWO LAWYERS THAT REPRESENTED FOR THE KIDS WON THE KIDS CASE and THE LAWYERS THAT REPRESENTED MY CASE THAT WAS TRANSFERRED TO LAWYER OFFICE REBECCA SAPP THAT IS AFFILIATED WITH THEM DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO WIN MY CASE NOW IM STUCK PAYING OFF MY MEDICAL BILLS BECAUSE THE LAWYER THAT REPRESENTED ME PUT IN NO EFFORT TO WIN THE CASE AGAINST STATE FARM WITH THE OTHER PARTY CLEARLY AT FAULT. LESSON LEARN!!!!!!! BE WEAR😠😠😠😠😠

These people are super slow and unprofessional. They do not bother following up with you and being informative. They give you the run around and never really assure you, you're in good hands. I was in my accident in January 2016. It's December, about to be January of 2018 & I've yet to hear anything sound from them. Highly Unrecommended.

This has been the single most horrible experience I've ever had. I feel like I need to contact my legalshield to combat the stress and hardship kanner and pintaluga is putting me through. They never want to communicate. They're full of excuses. Everytime I call in on hold for like 45 min. They have switched my case between this person and that person. Most of my pain and suffering was due to this firm. I plan to share this review with all of my connections and contacts because it is my hope that nobody goes through this again. They're just holding my check and I have no idea why. It's so stressful. This case has been settled since August 2017 accident March 2016 and still no check and it's Dec. I'm on hold as I type this.

It's like l have been in an accident all over again!I settled with the insurance company since September and they told me I would receive my settlement within 4-8 weeks or sooner!11 weeks since my settlement and I still haven't received anything!Seems like a SCAM!!!!
