I recently worked with Kanner and Pintaluga for a personal injury case, and overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome. From the beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the law and a genuine commitment to helping me navigate the complexities of my situation. Despite some delays in communication throughout the process, Domenique and the rest of the team were always courteous and professional. When I did hear back, they took the time to thoroughly explain the details and kept me informed about the progress of my case. The results were more than I had hoped for, and I truly appreciated their expertise and dedication. I would highly recommend Kanner and Pintaluga to anyone in need of representation.

Stessa Charlot made my experience the worst. She was completely unprofessional and did not keep me updated at all. My final straw was when I tried calling to get clarification on something and then she over talked me and said “ She assumed she didn’t need to update me”. I had to get her removed from my case because it was that bad. If you do have to go through 411 pain please do not deal with her she has a serious attitude problem and her customer service skills are terrible. Thanks to Ashley for getting me a new case manager she was very polite and professional about the whole situation. Once I got my new case manager Roy Bouhnik he was extremely helpful and made my experience much more smoother. He updated me every step of the way and I appreciate him for that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After my accident they contacted me only 3 times and its been almost 3 months. I had to call the insurance and do everything myself for me to be able to get my car fixed and more!!!! They treated me like It didn’t matter. I called many times and never got a call back, and when I did they would say “they were going to call me back” and never did. I do not recommend this trashy service.

Si pudiese darle 0 estrellas se las daría, 6 meses esperando respuesta alguna, nadie se comunica, hay que estar detrás de ellos, para que después 6 meses abandonen el caso sin decir mas!
