ZERO STARS. If you want a company that will communicate with you this one is not it. The first few weeks will seem okay and after that whether you email, call or leave a voicemail you will be avoided. For a minor accident that happened in Oct 2023 I have yet to receive my settlement and my treatment was completed in Dec 2023. I call them constantly for updates and are giving the run around. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment and handling of my case and will never recommend them to anyone. I experienced more stress dealing with Kanner than the accident.

Save time and money i would never work with this lawfirm again, they work with 1800 no fault , after a car accident it takes years to get compensation and would never give me a call about case, not professional at all and real bad customer service

I was without going into detail not being treated right by my former attorneys, 411 PAIN, Sent people to my house looked over my case reassured me they had me. They answer phones when you call. They provide "Real" answers when you ask, and the doctors they send you too get a 100% This is my first accident as a passenger it's a lot I didn't know, These people keep you informed. I Love it♥️
