About two years ago on Christmas night I found myself in a serious situation in one of the worst counties to catch a charge in. I knew I was innocent and I also knew it would take a strong lawyer to prove it. I began on the following day to call around to find a lawyer very few wanted to take my case in that County because of it's History to say the least. After several calls I finally got a person on the phone who really didn't seem concerned about the location of the situation he only seemed concerned about the problem. I was invited on that same day to come and meet with Mr Habachy after one minute of meeting Joe Habachy I realized that he was a fighter and that's what I needed. During the duration of waiting and at times stressing Mr Habachy was always positive and informative. A few days ago just before the 4th of July Joe Habachy who I've grown to call my friend called me while on vacation to give me the news that my case had been dismissed right before Independent day.
