Best lawyer in the city.

Joe had previously taken care of some of my affairs and this last case was another example of why I continue to have my legal needs cared for by Joe. When he tells me that he has it handled, I know he has it handled. Whenever I call, his lovely assistant Janet is prompt to answer and always makes sure she gets my messages responded to in a timely fashion. Joe Habachy is the Real Deal! I had a great experience working with Joe and his team. Very transparent and very quick to return my calls. Straight forward and honest and especially very thorough. I hired Joe to help defend my brother on a case and with just a few hours of looking into the case Joe was able to make a few calls, with those calls Joe was able to secure a deal of a century!! My brother was offered 2+ years of prison and Joe got it reduced to house arrest with probation. The previous attorney we hired charged us $25k and couldn't even get anything done and was trying to get my brother to plea out to a 2+ years of jail. Joe is very well connected and knows this stuff. I promise you Joe is worth every penny!

Poor service

Joe is hands down one of the best lawyers in the Atlanta area and surrounding suburbs. He's not only very quick to respond but also makes sure he will get you the best possible legal outcome and is very upfront and open throughout the whole legal process. Overall very professional and knowledgeable, will continue to refer to anyone that asks for defense attorney!
