Joe Habachy is truly a Godsend. Back in July, I was at an extremely low point in my life after being arrested for Battery in Fulton County alongside my abusive wife that I had called the police on. To make matters worse, the Hapeville PD royally screwed me over with their terribly written, one-sided report. Solely based on that, I was considered to be the “primary aggressor” & my wife’s charges were dropped. The Prosecutor at my Preliminary Hearing tried to get the Judge to require I take anger management classes & move out of the house I own even though my wife no longer lived there. I really thought the hearing was going to end badly & send me into an even deeper, devastating low, but Joe quite literally saved my life. He was able to convince the Judge to allow me to live in my house & I wasn’t required to do any pretrial reporting or classes. Without Joe’s help, I wouldn’t be where I am now. I was awarded an opportunity to better my life. I started therapy with a trauma specialist & began healing & was finally able to break the cognitive dissonance that allowed my abuser to keep coming back into my life. I, unfortunately, still had an open case to deal with, but Joe immediately began to put things into action & had me gather evidence to prove that I was the victim in the matter. Thanks to his unwavering determination & hard work, he succeeded in getting me into Diversion, which allowed my record to be restricted. I cannot thank him enough for all of the effort & time he put into my case. Joe isn’t your average attorney, he actually cares about his clients. You can tell the tremendous amount of work he puts into everything he does. I fully put my trust in him & he went above & beyond my expectations in order to get me an amazing result. Mr. Kaiser literally picked up my case the day before, met me. The next day, gave me a reasonable price I was there maybe 15 minutes before he had the case completely thrown out. We were so blessed to have Joe Habachy recommended to us for our son. Our son had an issue with addiction, that lead him down a path to multiple felonies. Joe Habachy, is one of the greatest attorneys in the state of GA. My husband was facing a sentence of at least two decades. Joe, NEVER gave up. I can think of at least a handful of attorneys that would’ve just said take the plea deal and he’d been down the river. Joe, ultimately said NO we’re not pleading out my client is innocent. Which my husband truly was. Hopefully you will never be in a situation where you need the legal support of Zach Kaiser, but if and when you do, know you are in the best hands. Zach helped me through a very unfamiliar situation and got me the best outcome I could've hoped for. All throughout the process, he explained the next steps and made it very easy - it was like working with a friend who had my back. By the end of the day, you will be wanting to hang out on the weekends and meet his dog. I can't say enough good things, but I will say he was worth every penny and I highly recommend using him for legal support. I’m very pleased with the way Mr. Rock handle not only the courtroom, but every step in the manner of my case as we all know a case when you’re the one on the stand is going to be nerve-racking, but once we got all the facts given. He form plan and execute it out he kept me in my family in mind and knew what we were fighting for the whole time. I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t put myself in a predicament again, but if I ever do find myself in need of a lawyer he would be the first and only one I would contact in the Atlanta area.
