My case manager seems more like a prosecuting attorney for the woman who hit us than someone working for us. We hired a lawyer so I wouldn't be as stressed about all of my medical appointments and just dealing with this accident. Every time I speak with her I hang up with so much anxiety and stress that I almost regret hiring M&M to represent us. I would actually like to have a different case manager and someone needs to teach her better communication skills, she definitely doesn't seem like she cares about my welfare at all. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with M&M thus far.

They call you back quick to do the paper work but soon as u sign papers they disappear no one answers or return calls I was talking an they transfer the call in my face !

Attorney Kenneth Southall and his team has great customer service, cares about there clients, and will fight to get the compensation from your accident! I have never seen an establishment work so diligently! When you call they pick up, if you have any questions they answer them, and when you need them they are their for you! This law firm is the best in the city of Atlanta! I was seriously injured in an accident and they were their for me every step! No other law firm will help you like Kenneth Southall and his team will!

They have been real good at answering all my questions and they are really concerned about my health and getting my vehicle fixed.

So far, I have only spoke to them. Not sure what to expect at this point. Still waiting to hear back from them and to see what the game plan is.

The communication from her is lacking. I have emailed her on more than one occasion and got no response.
