I really appreciate the service and attention to detail I've received so far.

So far no complaints. Just getting started.

We have not heard 1 word from our case worker Suen Walker, nor our Attorney Evan Rosenberg?? We are just getting excuses why they haven’t called. We are starting to believe that Morgan & Morgan is a “SCAM”!! I even reached out to Mr. John Morgan ( Founder)….. NO REPLY!!!!! WOW!!!

I’m not please with your service. I’m not going to pay a Lawyers who l came call of talk to and they don’t respond back to.

Holly is a great lawyer! She has empathy and patience she responds in a timely manor and is getting things done. Love her energy and passion for my case.

Not having ever sued anyone for a medical accident, I did not know the process. After multiple calls to the assigned atty and his legal assistant. I never got a return call. Then a zoom was scheduled with yet another atty (3rd or 4th one) who only found out about me at 11pm the night before. He told me that Cory turned me over to him because his "inventory" (not caseload or client list) was too high! I felt like a piece if property, a thing vs a person, client or customer. This saddened me and did not reassure me or my confidence in the outcome of my case. I also learned that Taylor, the legal asst of my former atty was let go, but no one informed me. I hope all the time, rehab & medical efforts that I am doing without any direct guidance as a true case manager would do, I feel I'm"winging it" as far as what I really should do medically. I was also told I could ask Emory fir a letter of protection to cover a very expensive treatment that would be out of my pocket. But then my current atty told me it would never be accepted by Emory or any other major system. So, conflicting info definitely does not help. I pray this will all turn out in my favor with compensation to cover this very painful and stressful time!
