They have had great communication with me and are very understanding as well caring of my situation.

I am confused and scared because I have no idea what is going on with my case. I have been trying to reach my case manager since 12/03/2023 including text messages, numerous of emails and phone calls. I was even told twice that my issue was being escalated and still nothing. I did everything I was suppose to do on my end and now I am just sitting in the dark on a case that happened September of 2023. I don’t know why my case manager won’t respond back to me. She normally would but now not hearing anything from her in over a month, despite my efforts of trying to reach her, has really made things scary for me.

It would have been a nice gesture for my assigned attorney to reach out to me, just for initial introduction. Case manager came out the gate strong however, I have not heard from her in some time now. It would be nice to be provided with an occasional case update.

I haven't heard from anyone in months. I emailed my attorney last Friday. She told me the defendant hasn't responded to their first letter and they were planning on sending a second letter soon. This happened February 20th. I assumed this might be resolved in six months, not they were about to send a follow up letter because they haven't responded. Is that how you get out of a lawsuit, just don't respond? After 13 months of very limited contact I was told they chose not to take my case because the animal control report said I didn’t know if my dog bit or the neighbors. The report actually said I didn’t know which one of their dog bite me because they look just alike. My dogs head was in one of the dogs mouth. Therefore both of their dogs had to be quarantined. I would never use or recommend Morgan & Morgan again. Don’t believe the commercials. Totally incompetent and absolutely useless!!
