By far the worst case of representation my family has ever experienced. This organization boasts about being the largest personal injury law firm but they definitely are not the best. I chose this law firm because I believed it was the best choice after my mother was struck by a hit and run driver but boy was I wrong. Since signing the contract we have had zero communication with the law firm. Today is March 27th and no one has attempted to contact us since March 9th. When you call they always say they are going to escalate matters but there must be a 24 to 48 hrs response window. There has been multiple response windows to where they just waste your time by continuing to escalate to no avail. Please trust me and do yourself a huge favor and hire someone else…. Anyone else because they do not care at all about the people they represent.

No answer, no responsibility, not clear, not professional and you have to be careful and call them over and over again to case manager, till they do your case, otherwise they won’t do anything for you and also, maybe they do too many mistakes too. Don’t waste your time .Horrible experience!

I did just get a new case Mgr but I've only spoken to her once. Prior to her I felt like my case had been dropped. The lack of communication has pushed me away from using Morgan & Morgan in the future, if needed. I will not be recommending Morgan & Morgan to others.

I see it advertised that at Morgan and Morgan you are able to speak with an attorney, I have yet to talk to one.
I have issues with my case and do not understand why.

To expensive. They don't allow you to use your own chiropractor. I wasn't able to heal properly from the wreck. Now my chiropractor is out of pocket.

I have emailed my drivers license and my insurance card twice and he keep telling me he can't pull it up but it takes him about a week to email me back

Sorry but rude an disrespectful Sergio Ardella cant even respond to emails when I submit paperwork. I explained to him a simple I got it is all I ask, never answer phone or call .I explain this is new to me so I got questions. He made me feel like I wasnt a customer an he was to busy ( workmans comp ) so he told me he quit so I aint what do I do now. Allision whitfield another one said she couldnt take case 2 weeks in thanks .So now they got my evidence an I aint received no legal documents saying they quit .I thought we had a contract why cant I come in an sit down and file a complaint. Or talk about my case like ,who in charge very disappointed
